RBC Private Wealth: Private Client Services for High Net Worth Families

Relationships · Expertise · Solutions

Our team is a member of RBC Private Wealth, a program that is exclusively designed for clients who hold one million dollars with us and have more than five million dollars of overall net worth. As members of Private Wealth, we are dedicated to addressing the complex financial needs of our most sophisticated clients and their families through relationships, expertise and solutions.

RELATIONSHIPS
RBC Private Wealth extends our client relationships by introducing a Private Wealth team. The team provides clients with expertise that ranges from estate planning techniques to asset protection strategies. But a truly comprehensive wealth management plan requires the skillful collaboration of the successful relationships already at work for our clients. As the primary relationship manager, we coordinate with our clients, their families, the Private Wealth team, and their other professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants.

EXPERTISE
One of the goals of the Private Wealth program is to provide clients with proactive expertise. Our team works closely with clients to gain insight into their current needs, family dynamics, and future aspirations. It is this thorough understanding of our clients’ situation that allows us to anticipate their needs, proactively uncover opportunities and provide quality advice.

At the core of the Private Wealth process is what we call a Strategic Client Review. The Strategic Client Review is a disciplined approach to reviewing, prioritizing and addressing the 13 wealth management issues that high net worth families commonly face. By engaging RBC’s best strategic thinkers we are able to offer direction and personalized recommendations to address each of our clients’ wealth management issues.

The benefits of the strategic client review include:
  • Taking a multi-disciplinary approach to analyzing our clients wealth management needs.
  • Leveraging the competence and experience of each team member.
  • Generating and sharing innovative ideas to accomplish the goals of our clients
  • Integrating solutions to reflect RBC’s best strategic thinking.
